The design in intentionally chic, neutral, and minimalistic to allow you/your subject to shine amidst the modern decor. This could be the perfect option for lifestyle newborn photographers, boudoir, maternity, and branding photo sessions. The basement is set up to be utilized as a space for hair/makeup on marathon days for photographers. It comes equipped with a table and makeup chair for artists to utilize while allowing for privacy while you continue to photograph on the ground level!

Not only will this space be open to creatives, but as the space continues to grow I’d love to host small businesses and allow them to utilize the space for classes, meet-ups/mixers, or small markets. It’s also a perfect space for podcasts hosts looking for a space with incredible acoustics and impeccable decor!
